Cyberflop — source-first Cybertruck retrospective

A complete Hugo evidence site covering the November 2019 reveal through July 24, 2026: 15 scored promises, 45 timeline events, 11 NHTSA recalls, 8 historical peers plus the Cybertruck, and 93 bibliography entries. The thesis is tested rather than assumed: commercial under-delivery is proven, quality/depreciation concerns are plausible, and an Edsel/DeLorean-class historic verdict remains premature.
