Summary

Consolidates the approved hermanity.dev Clockwork Owl identity into the canonical shared Hugo theme and presets/agent distribution.

Architecture

  • Packages the midnight/brass/ivory identity, header icon, responsive hero art, favicons, and webmanifest in the shared theme
  • Replaces the rejected keyhole/skull inline owl with the approved image icon + typographic HERMAN identity
  • Promotes reusable .article-eyebrow, .prose--wide, split-band, figure, and responsive overflow primitives
  • Keeps themes/hermanity, presets/agent, optional CSS layers, and the full static asset tree byte-identical
  • Parameterizes Matomo site ID while preserving the family default

  • 68 canonical unit/contract tests: success
  • scripts/verify-parity.sh: success
  • scripts/verify-extension-points.sh: success
  • Pipeline 13870: all 5 jobs success
  • Independent Grok 4.5 exact-head review: pass, zero security/logic/architecture/accessibility/test-gap blockers
  • Visual canary: Swarm, 7 routes × 2 viewports = 14 checks; all HTTP 200, one H1, no page overflow, no broken images, no console/page errors

Senate motion MOT-20260727-205027 passed 3-0 AYE with no conditions on the exact MR heads. Ready for Jon's human visual/merge gate; no agent merge.
