Summary

Restores Herman's premium Clockwork Owl identity after the flat owl glyph was rejected as mascot/icon-font slop.

  • removes the rejected owl SVG partial from header and footer
  • replaces favicon/PWA surfaces with a restrained Herman H monogram
  • adds a prominent, responsive Clockwork Owl identity portrait to the apex homepage
  • adds a dedicated 1200×630 social preview card instead of enlarging an app icon
  • shortens the hero lede and refines headline wrapping
  • adds deterministic social-card generation and regression contracts

  • Header/footer: typographic [ HERMAN ] / [H] lockups
  • Browser/PWA: simplified H monogram designed for tiny sizes
  • Homepage: cinematic Clockwork Owl portrait with subordinate observatory readout
  • Social cards: dedicated 1200×630 Clockwork Owl composition
