Summary

Adds a distinctly Herman-branded Hermes skin: midnight-blue enamel, aged brass, half-moon spectacles, a clockwork owl on a skeleton key, personalized owl spinner frames, and evidence-first thinking verbs. Preserves the upstream joeynyc/hermes-skins history in the Herman mirror.

First Senate salon and corrections

MOT-20260726-000536 reviewed prior head 0694c723… as critique only. The corrected head:

  • replaces warm parchment with cool daylight enamel;
  • raises light syntax_comment contrast from 4.38:1 to 4.67:1;
  • supplies real 80/120-column core-engine proofs;
  • removes gear glyphs from animated frames and checks stable display widths.

Because the head changed, the first salon is not final exact-head acceptance evidence. Fresh review is required.

Safety boundary

This MR is labeled merge:senate-gated. The theme has not been copied, selected, or applied in Herman's live ~/.hermes; no installed Hermes source was edited; no gateway/dashboard restart occurred. Merge and live activation remain separate gates.
